Rob from Efficiency Heating and Cooling provided an estimate for replacing our furnace and AC. The estimate was competitive and reasonable for the job. He did an excellent job explaining options and didn’t try to upsell us. His communication was excellent, texting arrival time and asked if that time would still work. Communication with the office was also excellent from scheduling to follow up. Overall so far excellent customer service.
Trae was very helpful and professional. I will definitely use Efficiency Heating and Cooling again.

I had a great experience working with Efficiency - they were recommended to me by my real estate agent! Had routine furnace/AC maintenance with Jim, who did a fantastic job and discovered a leak in my furnace. He promptly got me scheduled for a quote visit with Jason. He is super friendly and answered all my questions about furnaces - Jason got me a great quote on a new furnace! Kellen and his team did an excellent job installing it. Overall a great experience and I look forward to seeing them again for my next HVAC maintenance!

I had the pleasure of working with Jim again after my furnace went out one week ago. He quickly swapped out the wire and ordered the new part to fix the issue. We are lucky to have heat and appreciate the great service as always!
