As always, I received a text message from Efficiency and knew who to expect for my winter maintenance service. A photo of my service technician, Jason, was also provided. He was friendly and arrived promptly at the scheduled time and made note of my answers to his inquiries about how my furnace was working. Efficiency provides great technician and customer service.
