We absolutely recommend Efficency Heating and Cooling!!

Our AC went down and after trying all the typical remedies of replacing the filter and checking error codes it was time to call in professionals. I was greeted with a friendly hello when calling and I asked several questions regarding our furnace prior to scheduling. The receptionist was warm and knowledgeable in answering all my questions she also noted a sense of urgency in our family being without heat.

In addition to ensuring we were included as quickly as possible in their scheduling, their technicians are highly skilled and professional! He explained & demonstrated every step of the diagnostic process and that in itself was worth the service fee. Needless to say, the technician exceeded our high standards of service expectations because within 30 minutes of running diagnostics; he identified the failed part, verified factory warranty status, presented a quote, and promptly ordered a factory part. The part was delivered to our door within 1 hour and we had heat within minutes of installation.

We’ve had several other HVAC service companies in the past and it often felt like a “shell game” in determining service needs. This service visit was like none other and I can honestly say that there’s no better HVAC service company in the area.
