I had recently submitted a review that was overall a positive experience. Efficiency was responsive, information, timely and helpful. Our furnace motor needed to be replaced. After Efficiency completed replacing the motor, I had another service company visit to address the water heater and gas fireplace (at the time I did not know Efficiency Heating & Cooling could handle this as well). This other company checked the furnace and mentioned the fan was out of balance and a generic motor could have been used. When Matt from Efficiency saw this review he called me the same day with concern. He backs up his work and offered to come out and check the fan. Matt also explained he felt OEM motor was the best quality option for our furnace and now I feel better about his approach to the job. Also, the cost of the OEM motor was very reasonable, when the other company heard the price they could not comment negatively. Working with Efficiency and Matt went very well. I would turn to him in the future and recommend him to friends. I know nothing about furnaces and he really took the time to explain and make sure I was comfortable with the work. Matt was very concerned with the fact that I would have any doubts and made the second trip out to verify all was working well. Good customer service. He also did not charge for this trip.
