We hired Efficiency Heating & Cooling to do a general servicing and inspection of our homes HVAC system. They sent out Francisco and he did an amazing job! He was very thorough, educated us on things we could do to improve the life of our HVAC system and cleaned our furnace and outdoor AC unit into brand-new looking condition. He was respectful of our house and wore shoe covers inside the entire time. And at the end gave us a full report with photos and maintenance information. He was so good we already scheduled Efficiency to come back out in the spring. Thanks again Francisco!

Tristan was very professional. He was on time and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated the no pressure conversation of future work that could be done with my heating system.

Tristan is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I’m happy he was our serviceman today as I will be requesting him for HVAC needs in the future! :)

Have had both Tristian and Francisco out for service and maintenance on the HVAC system and furnace this year. Both gents are really knowledgable, good at explaining what they are doing and why. Overall Efficiency has been the better of three HVAC companies I have used the past few years, between their receptionist response times and knowledgable technicians.

Great first experience with efficiency. They were personable, professional and went out of their way to complete the work on my HVAC same day! Will.definitely call them again!

Francisco did a great job. He explained everything, was super thorough, and had a service of excellence mindset. I appreciate the education he gave me on my furnace to help it last longer!

Very thorough in his work. Great customer service and support.

Great company, highly recommend!

Called so many companies to find someone who did duct work beyond cleaning (I had a leak in the duct) and.so glad I got a hold of these guys. Professional, fast, and thorough. Great all around!

He was very patient with my questions and very thorough.
