So far so good! The crew that installed this did an excellent job. They were professional and worked all day to install our new heater pump. The heater is so quiet. And we got air con too! So we will have to wait a few months to see how that feels. First time we’ve had air con. I wish Heater pumps weren’t so expensive. But this is life. We really enjoyed the down to earth talk/demo they gave us when we had a few different companies come out and put in their bid. We appreciated the honesty.

Recently had Efficiency come out to assess our Furnace situation we were having. Our Furnace’s blower motor failed due to the age of the unit. They quickly arrived on site, offered us space heaters in the interim and a sales rep (Jason) came by the next day. He explained everything in detail gave us multiple options with zero pressure. Because we have Solar we opted for a Heater Pump for our house. Because it was on New Years it took a few days to get it installed.
