I have never done business with Efficiency Heating and Cooling before, so I was very surprised when I called in the afternoon for assistance with a dead air conditioner and they were out the very next morning. Pretty incredible. Their tech Trae Jordan quickly went through the entire system and zero'd in on the cause - no power to the AC. The power issue appeared to be in my home electrical panel - high voltage adventures! He appropriately provided me the name of two local electricians. The first one I called was out at the house two hours later. Bottom line is that I received excellent A/C service and obviously they have great relationships with local electricians. I will keep Efficiency Heating and Cooling on speed dial for furnace and A/C services.
I have worked with efficiency for over 20 years over four houses. they have installed new HVAC systems and maintained them. i have always been satisfied with their service, follow through and honesty.
Kellen was professional and informative, did a tremendous job with the whole team

Meredith was awesome yesterday, even going above & beyond by getting our dog’s oldest & fave toy out of an uncovered toe kick vent with our shop vacuum! We hadn’t thought of that. And it was so nice to have a woman technician!
Meredith was great! So nice to see a woman technician too!
I had Trae work on my house to fix the AC, he was extremely helpful and kind. Took the time to explain everything he was doing to me, and got it fixed up quick!
Exceptional customer service. The technician shared details about the work completed. The team followed through with us during our heating system replacement. The system works amazingly well.
Response from the owner: Thank you Jamie! We appreciate your feedback!
