I was very pleased with the whole process of my heat pump installation. The crew (Dell, Kellen, and Noah) did a beautiful job and were pleasant to work with. They were all very polite and professional. There was a slight glitch with the new thermostat (not Efficiency’s fault) and that got corrected quickly.
I originally got a quote from a different company but Efficiency offered a much better system for about the same cost. I ended up getting a ducted system, using my current ductwork, that doesn’t need a backup furnace. Fabulous.
