Trae was absolutely amazing! Did a thorough and complete cleaning on a very dirty system at my newly purchased home. He called me to give me updates on his findings and kept me in the loop on everything he discovered with the system. Trae and Efficiency Heating are phenomenal and care about the people they serve. I had a great experience working with Efficiency - they were recommended to me by my real estate agent! Had routine furnace/AC maintenance with Jim, who did a fantastic job and discovered a leak in my furnace. He promptly got me scheduled for a quote visit with Jason. He is super friendly and answered all my questions about furnaces - Jason got me a great quote on a new furnace! Kellen and his team did an excellent job installing it. Overall a great experience and I look forward to seeing them again for my next HVAC maintenance!
Efficiency Heating and Cooling did amazing work. They were knowledgeable and showed me (not just tell me) all the issues that was going on with the system I had prior. They went out of their way to make sure we had ac source, so we didn't have to run our moldy units, until they were done with the project. The workers worked so hard, and very personable and respectful. They made this pain issue, be very smooth and working. They were nice, and I love that I went with a company who cares and supports their employees. Project managers coming by to make sure they had what the need, bringing them a cooler full of fluids for them to drink, getting them lunch, coffees, etc. THEY WERE AMAZING! I love supporting family run businesses who care for employees, take pride in their work and makes sure their customers are happy. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC work.
Called late Friday during a record breaking heat wave when my heat pump went out - I knew it was going to be a nightmare getting anyone out lol. These guys were out to my house by Monday, they're always so responsive. Tech Mike B was great, walked me through the diagnostic process. He had the part, quick fix, and he explained all the testing results to make sure it was running properly afterwards. I love seeing how my systems operate on my house to have a better understanding, so this is always appreciated. Continually impressed with this whole team, from the office to the field technicians, everyone is great.
